A/O (ruby) and Silicon Carbide calendared rubber bonded Cut Off Wheels non reinforced for use with: metallurgical sample precision cutting and precision slotting applications were using fully enclosed, guarded cut off machines both manual and automatic.  Designed to cut metallurgical samples without thermal damage.  Due to the manufacturing process these maintain a uniform thickness where a tight tolerance is required in the application.  These typically come in sizes with diameter of 1" - 16" with thicknesses ranging from 0.010" - 0.5".  Available with a graphite or talc finish.  Call us for an special order requests.  Note: Ask about our metallurgical PSA Sanding Dics.

Silicon Carbide grain impregnated rubber molded deburring wheels, sticks, and bullet points for use with: finishing, cleaning, and deburring applications.  These typically come in several different hardness options for the rubber bond and grit sizes ranging from super fine, fine, medium, and coarse which are color coded.  Product shapes include straight wheels with a diameter of 1/2" up to 12", bullet points, cone points, Dremel tool wheels, tapered edge wheels, pencil sticks, square sticks, and triangular sticks.  Call us for an special order requests.

A/O or Zirconia A/O resin-bonded Grinding Wheels that are non-reinforced and are utilized to re-sharpen saw blades and band saw blades that are most commonly used in wood-working applications.  These typically come in sizes with diameter of 5"- 14" with thicknesses ranging from 1/8" - 3/4".  Call us for an special order requests.
